Payment Policy
Dukawey is committed to providing a secure, transparent, and convenient payment experience for all customers. This Payment Policy outlines the payment methods we accept and the conditions under which payments are processed on Dukawey.com.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods for orders placed on our website:
• Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro
• PayPal
• Klarna – Buy Now, Pay Later or Pay in Installments (subject to Klarna approval and terms)
• Apple Pay – available on compatible Apple devices
• Google Pay – available on supported browsers and devices
All payments are subject to authorization and verification by the respective payment provider.
2. Payment Currency
All transactions on Dukawey.com are processed in Euros (€) by default.
If your payment provider operates in a different currency, the final amount may be converted according to the exchange rate determined by your bank or payment service provider. Any additional currency conversion fees or international transaction fees are determined by your payment provider and are not controlled by Dukawey.
3. Payment Processing
Payments made using credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay are charged immediately at the time of checkout.
If you choose Klarna as your payment method, the transaction will be processed according to Klarna’s payment terms. Klarna will manage the payment schedule and any installment arrangements directly with the customer once the order has been confirmed.
4. Secure Payment Processing
Dukawey uses industry-standard encryption technologies to ensure that all payment information is transmitted securely.
We do not store credit card numbers, PayPal credentials, or other sensitive payment information on our servers. All payment transactions are processed through certified payment gateways that comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) security requirements.
5. Order Verification
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, Dukawey reserves the right to perform additional order verification when necessary. This may include requesting confirmation of billing details or identity verification before an order is processed.
If verification is required, our support team will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
6. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment attempt is declined or unsuccessful, we recommend the following steps:
• Verify that your billing information matches the information registered with your payment provider
• Ensure that sufficient funds or credit are available
• Try an alternative payment method
