Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Note: Pre-order items may have different processing times. Please refer to the product page for details.

Delivery Times

  • E-bikes: Shipped via DPD, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Accessories: Shipped via YunExpress, DHL, UPS, or DPD. Estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics delays, holidays, or peak seasons.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. Most products are shipped from our European warehouses to ensure faster delivery for customers within the EU.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the order can be reshipped with an additional shipping fee.

Please include a valid daytime phone number with your order, as carriers may require it for delivery.

Shipping to remote or island areas may not be available. If you are unsure whether delivery is possible in your area, please contact us before placing an order.
