Dukawey is committed to providing high-quality electric bicycles and reliable after-sales support. This Warranty Policy outlines the warranty coverage and service conditions for products purchased from Dukawey.
All Dukawey bicycles are brand-new products manufactured to strict quality standards. During the applicable warranty period, if a component is found to have a manufacturing defect or non-human damage, Dukawey will provide replacement parts free of charge.
After the warranty period has expired, replacement parts may still be available; however, customers will be responsible for the cost of the parts and shipping.
Warranty Coverage
The warranty periods for major components of Dukawey electric bicycles are listed below:

Warranty Claim Process
If you experience an issue with your Dukawey product during the warranty period, please contact our support team. To process a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide:
- A detailed description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
- Order number or proof of purchase
Our technical support team will review the information and determine the appropriate solution, which may include troubleshooting guidance, replacement parts, or further service instructions.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by:
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Water damage or exposure to extreme environmental conditions
- Normal wear and tear of consumable components
- Improper assembly or installation by the user
- Damage caused during transportation after delivery
Additionally, promotional items, free gifts, packaging materials, and accessories are not covered by this warranty.
Important Notice
Customers must contact Dukawey customer service and obtain written approval before returning any product or component. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
